wow! fantastic work here!

As far as anatomy goes, I wouldn't say that much needs improving, but around the muzzle areas, the noses look quite small, and low... I think just a tad larger noses would make a WORLD of differences... and the paws (especially Luna's front paw) look a little large and floppy, I think shrinking them down would make them more realistic, but if that's a stylistic thing, go ahead and ignore my ramblings xD And the tails are just a tad too long and thin for my liking as well, I don't know if that's a stylistic choice (and if it is, please ignore my ramblings) but if it isn't, real lion anatomy has thicker, slightly shorter tails than yours are...

as for the facial exoressions, I LOVE THEM! and your spiky, almost black trees are brilliantly spooky, it looks like a lot of effort went into making this piece, and it certainly payed off~!
